Custom Case Foam Design

The typical methods for cutting case foam utilize whole foam blocks which result in cavity through-cuts. Foam inserts for complicated shapes and varying depths end-up falling out with little use.  Aimed Research utilizes a "no-touch" CNC laser method to cut each layer.  The result is a product that more closely matches the draft design.  Designs by the layer allow the designer to add hidden cavities for GPS tracking devices, specialized braces, or other unique features.
